This cleanse includes 12 fresh 16 oz servings of Cold spin Juices good for 3 Days. You will consume four juices per day that we prepare based on a cleanse plan that starts in the morning. We use organic fruits and vegetables resulting in liquid which contains the most vitamins and minerals found in the whole vegetable and fruit. Juicing is not only known for losing weight it can boost your immune system, help remove toxins, boost energy and even prevent cancer. This cleanse is very similar to intermittent fasting just with a burst of micro nutrients. It’s usually only recommended that you do this cleanse monthly unless you are a more experienced juicer. 

The 3 Days you will only consume the juices on the plan we provide. (No Food) You must drink lots of water at least half your body weight if possible, this helps move the toxins out of your body. no coffee but your able to drink herbal tea like green and ginger tea. 

We also have a strict juice plan for people with type 2 diabetes or those seeking one without the fruits. If your under doctors care please consult with your doctor before doing this cleanse. 

You will receive all 12 juices the day of delivery or pickup unless we have discussed other arrangements. (YOUR JUICES ARE BEST FRESH AND WHEN CONSUMED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY.) Juices can be put in the freezer to maintain its freshness passed 72 hours however be sure to freeze them the day they are delivered. When taking them out of freezer be sure to defrost them in the refrigerator the night before. Some fruits and vegetables may change in color and texture when frozen and juice may separate or be lower after safety lid is attached and juice has settled.
